Adipura kencana is a village built by transmigrants. The initial placement of transmigrants originated from West Java in October 1995. followed later from other regions, both local and non-local. At that time it was in the Batanghari district of Mestong sub-district before finally turning to Muaro Jambi district with the Bahar river sub-district. In 2010 the Bahar river was divided into three sub-districts, namely the Bahar river sub-district, Bahar Utara sub-district and Bahar Selatan sub-district.nLnl cemetery is in a hilly location.
