This hospital is one of the best hospitals in my opinion. Over the last few years my family has been treated in this hospital. But unfortunately, today, on February 15, 2020, my mother who had just performed an appendectomy received harsh treatment from one of the nurses at this hospital. The nurse named Desmon. My mother underwent surgery and treatment for 3 days, and on this day she was allowed to go home. But my mother's sister who was supposed to be waiting there, was out at the time.nWhat was done by one of the nurses there was really not commendable, he half forced my mother to immediately pack up and get out of the inpatient room, not only that, he also told my mother to go photocopy some of the documents needed, just imagine a middle-aged mother who is lying limp in bed, still in the healing stage of appendicitis, and is still holding pain in the abdomen. Forced out of the inpatient room and told to immediately clean up luggage by the nurse named DESMON. Really outrageous, this nurse did not want to hear an explanation from my mother who said to be patient until her sister came and helped her to clear luggage and get out of the hospital.nI hope the Bintang Laut Hospital can give strong sanctions to the nurses who have bad ATTITUDE and MANNER. If the nurse cannot be gentle and friendly to the patient, then it is better to be returned to school, so that they can learn how to respect other people / patients, even if the patient comes from the POOR, or patients who use BPJS.nThank you for your attention.
