A complete difference in service quality inside this immigration office. Only a year ago, we got our extension application processed and completed in approx. 3 hours (excl. lunch break). We met friendly and enthusiastic staff, willing to help and service the customer as a visa extension is not too difficult if it is according to the rules.nThis time (23.12.2019) we dealt with unfriendly and unmotivated people at the front desk that slowly worked on the application and told us to return in 3 days to collect the passport and extension visa. Only after being very clear about this poor service and asking for the manager we got our application processed immediately. What a bad example of Indonesian professionalism and hospitality!!!!

If you want to take care of your passport you have to bring your brother, while you are busy working. Hello .. I am a 29 year old woman, I have to take my passport with me. All files were complete but not processed before a sister accompanied them.

the first time here between the fathers to take care of the passport, I only use t-shirts are not allowed in and finally just waiting outside. After some time a foreigner came and he also wore T-shirts and flip-flops, initially he was not allowed to enter, but the Caucasians remained determined. (He said he wanted to meet the father who was like that .. forgot the name of his father) finally he entered, and I was told to enter also in the end. ud83dude11
