Highly recommended Inspire Physio. Have been seeing Tara following an injury when 38 weeks pregnant. Having seen 2 other physiotherapists, I found Tara to be extremely competent, knowledgeable and thorough! Could not be happier with my treatment.

After having a motorcycle accident 6 months ago, I have been receiving constant treatment from Priya. This treatment has been the most critical part of my road to recovery and allowed me to regain normality back into my life. I highly recommend Inspire Physio and would like to personally thank Priya for her support and knowledge over my recovery. I truly feel without this treatment I would be not leading a pain free life now.

I have to share this great mob, When ever I have aches and pains this is definetly my heaven. The team are always very kind to schedule an appointment to fit my busy lifestyle. My Physio therapy ranges depending what I need. I have had my lower back, my neck, wrist and shoulders sorted out in a timely manner. I also had acupuncture done and it has definitely been a pleasant experience. The great thing for me they helped me with maintainimaintaining by showing me different stretching techniques that has really helped to recovery quicker and staying pain free. I do highly recommend Inspire Care. My experience has been very positive and they are definitely my first choice when ever my body let's me down. Thank you for all your help.
