Staff is quite loose, does not seem very happy to help. Unnecessary slow process too: It took five days to get back my passport which needed to be kept in the office until my Tourist Visa extention had eventually been granted. An office lady even yelled at me (it was already the third time I was going back to the immi office as burocracy is redondant...I feel I should have yelled at her) because she did not like the folding lines on some required documents I had to print for the Visa Application. All my 10 digital finger prints were needed too and in the end I had to reprint documents I had already printed.
