I yesterday shopped at Superindo Jl. Kaliurang, Yogyakarta. Previously I did not know about the sticker exchange promo to be able to redeem essen cookware at bargain prices. I shop with a total of Rp. 168,100, on the receipt that I get, I should get 2 stickers and 1 extra sticker ... but when the payment transaction is completed, I do not get even one sticker, (sorry) whether the sticker is used by the cashier or the cashier neglect / forget to provide a sticker that is already the customer's right. But events like this do not happen twice or twice, before I've been like this but I am still tolerant (maybe forget).nnThen how can I get my rights as a customer who shops at Superindo?
