stayed here for a month, the room is okay, small but okay, nice industrial concept yet, they didnt clean the room everyday, and i had to pay extra fees for changing the bedsheet and pillows sheets (even after i paid 50k and changing the sheets on my own, the sheets they gave me were filthy with blood stains and feet stains, it was disgusting) there is no amenities like towels and other toileteris, not even toilet paper, our room were full of bugs that I had to buy bug spray and clean the dead bugs all over the place on my own since they didnt bother cleaning the room, for the entire month i stayed there they only clean my room 1 time after i asked them many times, overall it is okay for the price they offered. Some of the house keepers are truly clueles, only one that I know pretty helpful and kind. Oh yeah, you are also charged 50k idr for having a blanket.

I honestly do not like their theme of 'unfinished building'. They have cement as their floor in every room and even the bathroom. It may seemed cool, but honestly is less hygienic and uncomfortable to walk on. I was one of the first who stayed there, that I had no hot-water in the bathroom for several days straight. A bit disappointed, as I have paid such premium price for my stay there; yet I can not fully use all the promised amenities. The Wi-Fi also did not work for several days. I really wish they could do more for the charged premium price.
