Called a week in advance to arrange vehicle key reprogramming. The guy checked his computer and assured me they could reprogram for my car/key type. Drove an hour to get there, only to have a really surly bloke take the key into the back briefly and tell me 'Nah, we don't do these'. Appalling service.

Really helpful and fixed a problem which was a bit more complicated than just a broken lock. Also very timely service and managed to get it all done very quickly so very appreciative
