I accidentally locked myself, my daughter and grandsons in my backyard. House has security screens on all windows and doors and one spare key was inside, the other with my son in the NW. A1 responded within half an hour, worked capably and efficiently to open the house and get us back inside. He also cut new keys onsite for me so i now have spares in two local locations. Thanks to your serviceman, all is now great. Thank you so much!

It was a horror to find ourselves locked outside our house on return from vacations due to some problem in the lock of the main door. However, their expert turned up within 30 minutes of call and solved the problem in minutes. He advised us to get the other locks serviced which he did at a reasonable cost! Very impressed by the speed and simplicity

Checking my vehicle over the day before our trip I noticed I couldn't get the security barrel off of the spare wheel, I called A1 and was told to bring the car to their workshop in 1hr. I explained the issue, the technician rectified the issue as fast as he could and my experience was brilliant from start to finish. Cannot fault these guys at all, top notch service, fair pricing and customer care is 5 ☆nnWell done guys, i will be a customer forever and recommend all to your workshop.

I had two very dodgy keys for an 2011 Hyundai Elantra that were falling apart so I stopped in and asked for a new one. The guy behind the counter quoted me $200. I thought that wasn't too bad and said I'd go ahead.nHe stopped me as I was leaving after examining one of the keys and told me that they could just get a new shell and key cut for $66 and that would be best for me.nDone in half an hour. Works great.nYou have to appreciate any business that gives you good advice that saves you money and then do the job well and courteously.

Went there on first occasion and did not receive service so left shortly after. Decided to give the store a second try and was greeted by Nathan. Fantastic service and great job on a car immobilizer. Would rate 5 stars if not for the first experience.
