Consistently amazing waves, epic vibes, awesome food and clean, comfortable accommodation that feels more like a resort than a surf camp. I'm going back for sure. Thank you Earl and the family for such an epic trip!

Had a great 2 weeks at ASU camp in March 2019. Food was plentiful and tasty. Beds comfy after a hard days surfing. Earl was the surf guru who knows his stuff and got us on the waves every day at different spots conditions depending. Lovely attentive staff as well.nThanks to Earl and family, Sam n Noah - was great and looking forward to another trip back already.nCraig - Cape Town

Incredible waves, good vibes, tasty food!nEarl is a fantastic surf guide, putting you in the best wave and wind conditions each day while giving you insights on the breaks based on a lifetime of surfing, and a decade in the area.nLove the new bures and the integration of all the local shells into the room and bathroom -- truly beautiful!

The waves were awesome, the sunsets were beautiful, the food was delicious, the whole team was warm, welcoming and always there to help us with anything, the rooms were super comfy and loved hanging out in the hut watching the waves and sunsets with a cold beer.nnFrom the pick-up in Medan through the speedboat to the island to the arrival in the camp, everything went so smoothly. And on the way back. Asu Camp was a beautiful paradise that we are so grateful to have spent time there.nnAs a non-surfer, I had plenty to do from running in the jungle (stopping in the very friendly village), walking on the beach, exploring the reefs and tide pools, and just hanging out.
