Pure Form is one of the best clinics in the Fraser Valley and certainly one of the best in BC. Dan did a thorough assessment and provided me excellent treatment that had me feeling better basically as I walked out the front door. the following days I saw incredible improvement. Their front end support is personable, efficient, and all instructions are clear. If you are looking for a place to help with recovering from an injury, put this place on the list FOR SURE. Oh ya, and Dan is hilarious too.

Really appreciate Andrea. She books 30 minute sessions and makes use of every one of those minutes! She starts each session with a quick assessment, hands on work, she shows you stretches and walks you through them in the gym and pushes me just enough to see improvement every week without feeling like it's too much. I love the follow up emails with the walk through if the exercises!! And she has great energy and seems to know her stuff

I would highly recommend Pure Form Physio. The therapists books 30 minutes with each patient for individual treatments. In the past I have been to otherplaces that put a tenz machine with heat on, leave the room for 10 minutes and send you down to a gym for someone else to give you a few exercised. This is not that place. You will get consistent attention and guidance by a qualified professional. The covid safety is great and staff is friendly, especially Louisa!

Riley examined me from injury and knew what to do. Excellent. I felt released from the tension right after. Office is very therapeutically laid out. Recommended by my colleague. Glad I went. Masako.
