Bad overall service. Staff is inexperienced and most of them do not know what to do. Their English level is low. There’s no higiene standards on the common areas, things are dirty and sloppy. Pool side is under construction and not proper to be used. We experienced staff smoking and cutting their nails at the front desk and restaurant. The quality of the food also is low. we where asked to choose the breakfast the day before, so when we were served an omelette, it was pre-cooked, cold and sad. We also had dinner here one night, and the food was basic and pre made. The room in the other hand was comfortable, clean and nice.

Warm place, near to the tj kelayang beach. You can reach the beach only 5 minutes by foot.

I really love it. This is the second time I stay at the Hotel. The receptionists, especially, mbak Resi, are very helpful.

Unfortunately, despite they call themselves a resort, it is just a hotel with future cascade pools (under construction now in June 2019). The booking.com categorize it as a beachfront hotel BUT THERE IS NO DIRECT ACCESS TO BEACH!!!! The beach is there just nearby the hotel but blocked by other properties you have to walk around for 400 meters, along the road lots of debris and bring all your stuff to a public area (beach). I was with elders and 3 years old son, walking wet along the road after swim was not convenient at all. The accommodation is good, but your balcony and windows are facing to the right (other properties) not to the sea. Please thanks to me and like this honest review! you can free karaoke in the cafe and the restaurant. The hotel is good, parking basement can hold 8 cars i guess. I would give 5 stars if they have direct access to the beach!

New hotel/building. But felt like a run down hotel. Only the first floor open. Still a lot of construction materials. The backyard was so messy. Not at the beach. But walking distance to the most famous beach, Kalayang. I think the price is too expensive for such facilities and environment. For less than $100, you can stay in way better, known hotel..nnNot recommended for this year.
