The view was extraordinary directly to the ocean

One star is too much for this place! Cockroach hotel Impian is what they should call it! We brought the whole family here and booked 7 rooms. Each room they opened seemed like a doorway to a horror show. Even one we turns the lights on two massive cockroaches scurried away under the bed. Cracks in the walls, curtain rods falling off the wall, wires hanging randomly from holes in the plaster walls, showers with leaky hoses so water squirts everywhere. The facilities are run-down and in shambles. They should condemn this place, not promote it as a resort! Also, we booked through Traveloka which over-charged is by $5 per night. Never again.

The room and the bathroom is poor, smelly and dusty, and the air conditioning doesnt seem to work well. Warm shower is not working, I suggest u to choose another decent hotel around here.
