Cheap comfortable, clean enough, breakfast isnt too bad, and access to private beach

Hotel Near beach. Few restaurant nearby. The breakfast just ok. Service ok. The room not clean enough. Floor not too clean. They provide lotion. Overall I like the place with good value.

Pro- has a private beach, quiet, near to kelayang beach. Good service, the free breakfast is deliciousnCons- Google map can't show the exact location. Use waze or Google *kelayang Beach* the signboard of the hotel can be seen on your left hand size after the *perahu* statue. A bit overpriced.
