WORST.n1st case, I spent 3 hours in there doing report but no one really cared about the case. They just doing it for an ‘act’ that they do their job!n2nd case, they hung up on my phone!

I went there to report a cyber crime (ATM card was skimmed), actually you will go to the building across the road, 3rd floor. I don't speak Indonesian and at first I was asked to bring a translator, but I asked kindly and being polite and patient - after 15 minutes they accepted my report. The policemen were really nice and helpful, filed an official report so I can give it to the bank for the money refund. Good experience overall, for a police visit ud83dude04

Went there today to sort out an ATM skimming incident and they were super helpful, spoke very good English and were able to help us with everything we needed. Great service.
