Pre-booking of an appointment is essential. Spa is amazing and massage is too good. I loved all the treatment. The place is super relaxing and calming.

Best massage of my life! Highly recommend going to Zen Spa during your visit to Bali and then popping in for a yoga class at Yoga Barn right next door. Full-body intense massage is only 140K Rupiahs and definitely worth it!

Cant say I've thoroughly enjoyed the foot massage. I choose the 60mins for 180k idr over Reflexology. Maybe I should have chosen the latter, as the one I've got was absolutely lacking in technique; just lots of squeezing and pressing. No acupressure points on the soles like how a proper foot massage should be. I did get a quick feet wash and place was relaxing enough for me to doze off a little, so those were the only good aspects. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend if you are looking to shake off the weariness in the feet.
