Hotel appears older from the outside, but it is well maintained and gorgeous inside. The staff from the time of check-in until our checkout were fantastic at making us feel special and welcomed.nnThere are many 5-star hotels in the area, but for the price (much lower than competition) and experience, I don't believe there's a better stay.nnGreat job guys!

I do love Mandarin Oriental! The rooms are really spacious!nnStaff are so friendly and the service is superb! I was reading and I left my book when I went back, I received a note and a bookmark! It was very thoughtful of them. ud83dude42nnFood choices - A lot! And because I love to try different cuisine, I can say I really enjoyed every breakfast I have! And yes, you can request for a take out coffee before leaving! ud83eudd29nnOverall, I really enjoyed my stay at Mandarin.

Superb customer service. There was a little problem, but they addressed it quickly and seriously. The cleanliness of the room was topnotch. Breakfast (american breakfast with omelet & scrambled eggs) , dinner (steak and pho), and cake were all excellent. It worth every single penny.
