Great place to stay. Love it. You can eat and shopping under the hotel with its Emporium Mall. Good Space room and good view too. The minuses just the breakfast so simple menu and the ac not too cool, other than that all good.

+: Spacious room. Overall cleanliness. Clean and modern room design. Good location. No frills. All amenities working perfectly. Good value at the time of our stay. Good for business trip. Good soundproofing.nn-: Lobby is a bit obscure. Quite a long way to the reception without any clear signage. Staff (particularly at reception) can be more courteous. Reception area and hallway leading to it are quite dark.

It's a good hotel, just like the ordinary IHG hotels, clean and well maintain, except less view. Typical mall hotels.

Holliday inn express is always my go to hotel whereever I traveled, due to its affordable price, clean and very comfortable room, and as extra icing on the cake, a laundromat you can use to wash your clothing so that you dont have to bring tons of clothing everywhere you go

Stayed for a nite, it was a sudden trip to Jakarta, made the booking a few minutes before check in, but surprisingly check-in was easy, no hassle.. the hotel was really above expectation, room was clean and quite spacious, bed was comfy.. location is also decent, connected to a mall, although it is quite some distance to reach the mall although technically it is above the mall, and many places to get your food around the hotel. Checked out the gym, small but still functional with some cardio equipments and a row of dumbells. They also have a laundry room across the gym where u can wash ur dirty laundry.. Had in-room breakfast due to the pandemic, they offered nasi goreng and nasi uduk, which i didnt take, instead I asked for bread and milk, and a chocolate sandwich came with a paper-glass of milk.
