Need some improvements with regards servicing the civilians .. There always long line just to take a number queues. Randomly calling number.nVery slow of running process, awaiting area can not accommodate all people.

In a covid 19 pandemic situation it is recommended and better service is done online. However, I met people who were old and did not have the facilities and infrastructure to do online services such as cellphones, but they were still advised to print their lost ID cards online. There should be manual exclusion of service to people of that group. Community services should provide the best service and solutions to obstacles in these services for the welfare of the community. Hopefully it can be an input for the future for services in the Magelang District Disdukcapil so that it will be better in the future.
