I used their service twice. The first trip, Yogyakarta - Salatiga, went excellent. The shuttle departed on time. It was not too crowded and the seat was comfortable. The second - Salatiga - Semarang - the shuttle departed for almost an hour late.nnMy main complain concerns the lacking of verification and invoice. While the company makes an easier system to book seats via WA and you can pay online (or via ATM) and send them the picture of your receipt via WA, it provide no verification/ticket or invoice. So, if you need an invoice for reimbursement, you have to go through hassles (such as call their Customer Service) to get one. The company needs to improve their payment & clarification system.
