Overall, the online order and payment was easy and convenient but there was a slight delay in delivery service. I had requested for morning delivery between 9 to 12 but when i called them, the package wasnt ready and they promised to deliver later afternoon. It arrived at 5pm, which was not what I expected. Anyway, package arrived as-is and in perfect condition!! Thanks!

Love this florist, I ordered online and they delivered within a few hours! Very beautiful flower arrangement coupled with polite customer service. Two thumbs up!

Maybe to some people this florist is good. But to me the staffs are not doing good service. My booking was full paid but when i collect, my order is not in the list. Not recommended.
