I was surprised to see all bad comments here.I experienced dealing with this clinic for 4 years. For me everything is fine. Doctor treated my daughter well and always on time. Should any change of time the nurse will inform you earlier. Of course sometimes they took extra times for certain problems for patient before you, but never more than 30 minutes.Thanks doc and staffs.

The waiting is really bad. Even if you made an appointment, you have to wait quite sometime for your turn. There’s no point of making an appointment then, they should do first come first serve rule instead. Also, they do not provide teeth cleaning service even when the doctor requires you to do teeth cleaning before you wear those braces. Once I was late, they just told me to wait. After an hour and a half of waiting, I asked the nurse when is my turn, she told me that the doctor said I have to wait longer cos I was late and let others to go first. I understand the fact that I was late, but it is a courtesy to let your customer know how long they should be waiting because wasting someone’s time is really not nice and some people might have other important things to do. Also, I didn’t attend for my appointment for quite sometime and they asked me to pay for the months when I was absent which is kinda absurd as I don’t receive any treatments for those months. It’s obvious that this clinic has no concern for their customer’s experience or satisfaction. And the only thing they care about is sucking off money from you. I highly do not recommend this place to do your braces.

The price is overpriced and i really regret coming here. The doctor is not really an experienced orthodontist. They do not deserve to be called a specialist.

This doctor has no medical ethics, lacks the communication with the patient, very regrets to come to this tie teeth, even if reads doctor, the technology is so bad.It's not recommended to come over here and tie your teeth, this doctor is purely for profit, regardless of your problem.
