Dr Christina's Dental Clinic

Don't find this dentist place to be all that good. The principal Dentist Christina apparently only works one or two days a week. Overpriced consultation charges. 90 percent of the week days are done by locums with only 3-4 years experience since graduating. They reject walk-in patients and impose charges for people who didn't show up after booking appointments. The clinic itself wanted to project a sterile atmosphere and put some cheap slippers instead for patients to change into and you got to leave your shoes outside. I find this totally unnecessary. Plus they leave the consultation rooms with open doors so during your long wait outside, you get to hear conversation between patient and dentist and all those drilling sounds. It isn't the best way to calm your patients but maybe they think not closing the door gives the patient being treated a psychological benefit like they can run for the door anytime??nnThey usually have plenty of appointment overruns, so if you come at your appointment times don't hold the hope you will be treated without delay. They put a notice Dentistry Is An Art, So We Don't Rush or Don't Rush Us, or something like that so that it justify them making you wait.nnThe clinic is nestled between similar looking shop lots and staircases so be ready to do some hunting to find the place. They sure do a lot of PR on their Facebook page with all those constant posting patient and the principal dentist giving a thumbs up selfie.nnPricing wise have seen doubled consultation prices since the clinic was started. I don't find it acceptable, too commercialised and why would the principal dentist work only one day per week? Seems like one of those laid back big boss that already earned her fortune and sitting back to relax. The locums dentist usually will charge you a full consultation fee probably due to fear of reprimand from the boss or they want to max their own earnings eg if the range is 30-60, they prefer to charge 60 not 50 no 40 not 30.

Everything is nice..its just that we have to wait quite long for our turn and they are all very kind
