We stayed a few nights in our airstream in the parking lot. What a great place! The staff are friendly, food is good, views are great, and the dump station was a nice perk.

Allowing for COVID-19 process for check-in was a bit slow! Great customer service once we got to the counter. Casino was open till 2:00 am. Overall -- loved it! Great entryway ❤❤❤❤

Well for considering it was not a very busy place, when we went, they sure put you at the very far end of hallways for a room. The restaurant had a cold feeling it wasn't very welcoming. The entrance way for the actual Hotel was very deceiving as we actually drove around the building twice looking for a hotel entrance only to discover it was the casino looking entrance to go check in. I was shocked to discover the allowed cigarette smoking in the casino in Canada. Maybe it is only BC casinos that don't smoke, but at least the first half was non-smoking and the back half was smoking. However there was no security to actually keep the smokers in the smoking section and they were often in the non-smoking section. Extremely disappointed. Based on this fact alone, I wouldn't go back. They also seem to have an issue with people being quite drunk in the casino. Not pleasant. As for the front desk staff they were friendly, polite, with no issues.
