River Cree Resort & Casino

We went to have breakfast at the Kitchen Bistro on the weekend. We were disappointed with the way things were. First NO buffet! I understand with the pandemic, things have changed but i was not expecting the quality of the food and service to get worse.nnThe food was very blend and did not taste fresh. Liquid eggs were used not fresh. The hash browns tasted from a warmer. When you order an omelette, they used real egg. If you order scrambled eggs, they use liquid egg. NOT IMPRESSED! The hash browns tasted they have been in a warmer. Now, i would except that in a buffet style but not in a dine in concept now. The coffee tasted warm not fresh.nnAs for the service, the hostess was very professional and courteous. She assisted my family and I to the table and asked if we required anything until the waitress took over. Thank you for that. While settling in with family, our waitress was not professional in her approach. As we had little ones, and they do take sometime to settle in. Our waitress was asking our drinks, while taking our jackets off and settling in. Our concern is to settle in first, not to order our hot drink in order for them to get cold. Lets keep in mind, the place was not busy. When we asked for water the glasses were not handled properly. They were touched on top part of the glass.(not professional and unsanitary).nnOverall the service was below average, the food was not as expected and disappointing, coffee was not fresh and hot. The restaurant was fairly clean and social distancing was in place.

I won't spend a dollar here!

Nice and big casino with lots of games to play. It's nice they have the dividers between each machine so there's more to play unlike other casinos that shut down the majority of their machines. Wait staff are polite and quick. Ate at Tap25 I think it was called. The bannock was very good! Would recommend this casino over most others in the city.

First time going and it was not bad they keep it clean with staff constantly walking around sanitizing, large selection of table games slots and restaurants made for a pleasant experience plus I won $150 so I cannot complain

Went to seafood all you can eat and it was not even close to expectations. The one shrimp came came peeled without really any flavour. The other shrimp were the small ones but had the shell still on them and had to be peeled. I don't know why they were on there because if you wanted more shrimp you just had to order the ones that were not peeled. There was no flavour in the clams or the muscles. It came with a fake butter dipping sauce. There is also what looked like deep-fried something but could not tell what it was. It was flavorless also. When I asked the manager what it was he said it was calamari. He then came back later and said no it was not calamari it was a mix mash of other seafood put into a ball then deep fried.nI also ordered the all-you-can-eat crab and it too came with the fake butter. The the service wasn't close to what you pay for the meal.nAll in all it was not a very good experience at all and I will not be going back.nOn a side note the manager did take one meal off our bill. Myself I don't think that was enough.
