This is the 3rd time I stayed at this hotel. And boy was I not impressed. I had to wait 20min in reception, with a restless baby, before being told we can check-in due to the booking being in my husband's name BUT it was paid for already. No details given on services in the hotel by the receptionist. Later the afternoon and early evening I spoke to the rudest male receptionist on the phone, twice to ask for a room service menu. Once received it was so badly printer one could not read a word on it. When trying to phone room service to order food No-one answered the phone, phoned 3 times at 3 different time frames and then just gave up. We were also advised when making the booking telephonically that breakfast would be included, this was not the case and would have been charged at an additional cost. The rooms are in a very bad state. The furniture is starting to fall apart, the mattresses are old, the cables to the bedside and table lamp is out and poses a safety risk, one of the lights in the room did not work and there were mould in the shower. If the service from the staff was better we would consider coming back but now we would definitely never return.

Friendly helpful staff. Casino area nice and clean. Social distance screens between some machines all clean and neat. Was a fun few hours and they had a nice, choice of games.

You book into lodge but at the casino no slots available to play. Reason being customers leave their cards in machine and play on another machine. Waste of time
