OYO 1688 Collin Beach Hotel

It is located in a quiet place with beautiful common areas. The room is quite humid and the bathroom could be better. For the price is fine. The workers are friendly. There are cockroaches

Collin Beach Hotel is really breathtaking. At least the surroundings were. The rooms were a little bit outdated and the bathroom wasn't really up to my standard. Nonetheless, the rooms were all in all fine. Especially considering the rooms weren't that expensive. Do think you can find them cheaper. There is a little shop just outside the hotel near the road, which sells the essentials and also a little local diner where you can get really good meals for really low prices. All in all it was a really good stay, even though we only stayed two nights.

The room we had was recent, wide big and clean. We enjoyed the place and surroundings for several nights wiaiting for transit before heading to the Bandas. Staff was nice but often slow. We could go swim and sknorkeling with calm sea. The BAD : at night loud speakers playing too loud and too long religious music in the garden : can't sleep. Are we in a Hotel or in a Church Fan Club ?

Bad experience. I usualy do not write comments. But this hotel is to be avoided. Room was not clean. Bathroomdoor broken. Therefor moscitos and cockroaches in the room. They promised to fix it but did not happen. Very loud music EVERY morning at FIVE from the church close by. One night the 2 rooms next to ours were occupied by 10 locals. Reception said not all of them would be staying. But they did. Most of the food in the menu was not available. No beach. After we left there system keeps sendind about 20 mails daily with personel information of other people. They tryed to charge my credit card 6 times wich luckily was rejected by my bank.

It has clean rooms with western style WC. It also provide free wifi. You can see beautiful view with nature theme. The services was so nice and friendly. But the food in the restaurant was overpriced for just that kind of food. Overall, this is recommended budget hotel.
