Good hotel with spacious room and friendly staff. The only problem is the lack of smoking policy. Even in a room with AC, people still smoke.

Nice, clean enough hotel in Ambon City with nice air conditioning. The rooms did not smell like cigarette smoke but the lobby and other areas were not smoke free as per usual in this area. The staff were kind and polite. The breakfast was adequate, though not anything special. I did find out the last day that you can order an omelette on top of the Indonesian food on the breakfast buffet. Probably three stars somewhere else but based on what I saw around us I think four stars is accurate for this location. I would stay here again in the future.
