One of the best Hotel i have ever been,ni traveled many countries but this one was the best Amazing work team there.

Our experience was not nice! We left the place earlier. The staff was cooperative though. We got a refund for one night.nnPositives:n-Close to the waterfalls and good location for trekkingn- water tank in the roomn-friendly ownernnNegatives:n-Damp room, smellyn-Bathroom was constantly flushed by dirty water from the AC, the water rotted the doorn- Pool was dirty and not usable during our stayn-WiFi not usable, way to slown- Breakfast was horrible, got served moldy toast and just a pack of jam and butter. The fruit platter was a joke as well. Coffee.was a nightmare and tasted like burned tires. Dishes were dirty. The were very little possibilities for dining around. Not at all comparable with Bali or Kuta in Lombok.n-Price in comparison to other hotels we stayed in, in Lombok was way to high.nnSo overall we would not recommended this place. It would be a ease to make this place nice with attention to detail and some love, but sadly this was not the case at all.

One of the best accomodations in the area, as Senaru is a small village/hill settlement so amenities are somewhat lacking in the area. Considering that, it was fairly clean and room was nice with AC. Staff was especially friendly, and drove us nearby on the back of their motorcycles when there were no taxis present.

Really clean rooms, love the pool, also spotless. Breakfast starts at 6.30 so you can get going earlier. Yeah, we will definitely be back
