Location was superb...nRoom was not as expected...nPool was nice...

Visited for lunch- Veg options were Ok. Mostly had noodles and corn based soup/curry. Drinking water bottle design was cute. They don't seem to have AC rooms.nnMandalika Beach is some 100 meters across the road.

Little bit, good;nWe liked the pool, nice design, clean, deep and un-deep area, but no catering, no bar, no drinks.nWhole stay we had water and hot shower.nThen the other side, the bad;nThere photo's, price, entrance (gate/building) suggest you arrived at a higher class hotel.nYou pay a high price, and expect to receive something more than all the cheaper hotels around the area.nBut after that everything is poor. We were really disappointed by the whole hotel.nThe receptionist were very unwelcoming, almost like we were waisting their time.nThe guy helping us with the luggage to the room, was the only kind employee at the whole place.nThe door doesn't close properly, leaving room open to peak through, but also to let hot air in, while trying to get it cold by using the airco.nVery uncomfortable bed, tiny pillows,nBureau with stuck drawer,nCloset with broken doors and bad smell,nOnly 1 light, at the ceiling, no romantic corner lights or anything else. Feels like a hospital.nThe bathroom is shocking, so dirty, broken floor and walls, toilet and shower so close to eachother, that toilet, including the toiletpaper, always gets wet from showering. The toilet seat is the most thin plastic toilet seat I've ever seen, very unpleasant.nVery very tiny television, especially sitting from 3,5 meters away on the bed.nSince the bed is also used as couch, since there is no couch, we missed extra pillows.nThe bed makes a lot of sound on every move.nThe airco doesn't work very well, we had the airco on for 5 days non-stop, still didn't get it properly below 20 degrees.nThe shower room has 2 open windows, can't close.nWhile we walked around, 3 ladies from the massage place called to me for attention, in a way that is not okay, especially while my wife is walking hand in hand next to me.nThe morning breakfast was even more of a disappointment. 4 options for breakfast and all is taste-less. On the last day we had a taste-less buffet, with really only 2 options; nasi with pork or nasi with omelet. So, not a buffet at all.nThe location looks nice on the photo, in front of the beach. But every day the whole day and nights, it's crowded with locals, local teenagers and many many who try to sell you scarfs, wristbands and rent out motors. Even while you're in a restaurant, they will yell from the streets to you, many times over and over.nI would like to get my money back, if that's even possible. But since it's not we'll just accepted it, learned from it, and don't come back to this place again.
