Better book and pay from the website . OR you call the front desk officer to check hotel's rate ,because the price is much more cheaper than coming at front desk.nnthank you for the housekeeping for taking good care the room ,but we were running out of tissues ,yet it was an acceptable .because we didn't use much tissues for daily basis, refilling tissues also matter.nnphoto was taken from room (1006)

This hotel overall is good or fairly good in my opinion. The location is very strategic in Pekanbaru, near the SSQII airport. Food quality is also good. Something that should be improved by them might be about the hospitality of their staff especially for the guard / satpam in front of the hotel, It's okay but they could be nicer or ask politely to treat the guest regarding the new normal protocol (wash hand before enter). But as I said before, I still recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Pekanbaru.
