Unable to call individual stations and no one answers the main line. The firefighters themselves are great when called for a 911 type problem.nBut no way to talk to them about non-urgent fire concerns, as Folsom keeps the individual station numbers a secret.nGreat Firefighters terrible managers.

Very appreciative and grateful of the care they gave my son when he was injured. They made precautionary judgements in the treatment my son may need that resulted in him being taken to the correct hospital for his needs.

Oh my gosh! I can't thank the quick, alert service of these firepeople who came it seemed in an instant to check out smoke billowing out our roof and chiminey. They did not leave any stone unturned in their search until they knew we were safe. Thanks to the neighbor who called in. What a wonderful fire department and all that belong to saving lives and property.nThank you to all, it is greatfully appreciated.

First off they went to the wrong address. Then they took the longest route to the hospital. I googled the route they should have taken. It was half the mileage they charged on their invoice. The bill was over $1900. I know that other municipalities do not charge that much. My friend went to the hospital in another city and for three time the distance and was only charged $500.nnMy insurance company paid the bill but I feel it was still a fleecing.
