Bad management with super unfriendly customer service... super late on arrival and 0% accuracy on delivery

The service is very bad and irresponsible, I ordered a car in 2018 and promised a car in 2018 instead the car came in 2010 and it was really bad, even though the one promised was a good car and didn't worry because of the experience in its field. Then I transferred the money promised and didn't send a photo of the car and the driver's cellphone number, until the day he arrived the car was sent a photo on the plate with a car that was very different from what had been promised.
