Madrasah Huffadh Al-Munawwir

This place is a special madrasa for memorizers of the Qur'an. One of the complexes that stands under the auspices of the Al-Munawwir Krapyak Islamic Boarding School, Yogyakarta. Al-Munawwir Islamic boarding school was founded by Simbah KH. Moehammad Moenawwir, a maestro of the Nusantara Qur'an. Now, Huffadh Madrasah is being cared for by his grandson, Simbah KH. Muhammad Najib bin Abdul Qodir bin Muhammad Munawwir.nMost of the students who recite the Koran here are of the same age as students or above.nMadrasah Huffadh has a capacity of approximately 150 students.
