The Sonyine Malige Museum is the only museum that exhibits historical relics of the Tidore Sultanate. This museum was built on an area of ​​800 square meters, with a building area of ​​about 300 square meters. The main part of the building is used as a permanent exhibition room for museum collections, while the other part is for maintenance and toilets.nnIn this museum, tourists can see various relics of the Sultanate of Ternate, such as the sultanate's throne, tempolong place of the Sultan's spit (ketur), imperial traditional clothing, imperial stamp, war tools, Tidore typical crafts, earthenware equipment, traditional houses, blacksmith equipment , and hunting equipment. One of the collection of the Sonyine Malige Museum which is quite phenomenal is the sultanate crown made of gold which is clinging to hair. It is said that the hair always increases in length, so on certain days ritual hair cutting must be done. Another collection is the ancient handwritten Koran which is one of the oldest Koran in Tidore
