They don't have self ticketing machine for people who buy online tickets. So, you've to queue together with people who buy 'ots' tickets. Their preparation for next movie was disappointed. It was late from schedule for around 10-15 minutes,the studio hasn't played yet so we waited outside the studio. But from all the deficiency, at least they have comfortable toilet.

The cinemaxx entrance lighting is a bit gloomy, but the studio is good, cooling aircon is 80%, the sound also good.nPopcorn in tall pack, crunchy, and salt is enough.. but there is no additional butter. I missed one.nnWe we're watching Alita, and it's relaxing, but curious ending.. we still wants some more..nMaybe a sequel..

Been watching here pretty often. The place is not too crowded and quite comfortable. Love to buy mixed popcorn as the size is really satisfying but not too expensive
