Some good quality products compared to other shops we visited in surrounding areas. Was a bit disappointed after spending reasonable money on ROGZ products, bed, bowl, harness, lead, collar and an engraved name tag for a new rescue dog the staff would not give the sample rubber surround for the name tag as it was the last one they had at the time. Took some calls from a friend to get through to assistant manager for staff to get approval but not while we were still in the shop. It ended well but was slightly poor customer service not to supply a minor item on the spot compared to what we had spent. Worth a visit, specially if your looking for quality products.
