Horrible customer service. They wasted so much time coming to my home and would not accept a transfer. I told them already that I would not be home. They didn't ask me to get cash ready with my cleaner or anything. Instead of explaining nicely that they dont accept transfers, they blocked me. Horrible service and company. Too bad that they represent good companies such as Balian. If you can't be patient over the phone, they shouldn't be dealing with customers. I highly recommend using BALI GROSIR OR PUTRA SARI ASRI. Great companies with kind employees.

Rosa is the best beer supplier in Bali. If anyone looking to order crates for there villa whilst in Bali I highly recommend. Delivered to your door and very prompt service. They also have soft drinks and water. All prices are really wholesale so order away.
