Really dissapointed in your costumer service. I got a BEAUTIFUL neacklace from my boyfriend for christmas that broke after 1 week of use. I came back in to your store with the broken cain hoping you could help but got refused a new one or getting it fixed because ”it looked older than one week”. I got it as a christmas present and didn’t have a receipt because of that and my boyfriend (who i also put on the phone with them) had already left Bali. I still had the box it came in and everything. Got refused to speak to the manager aswell. I loved that necklace and I’m so dissapointed with the way I got treated in your store in Seminyak.nNot coming back because of bad costumer service and bad quality.
