I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights accompanied by 2 other friends, our room was far away from reception so we always asked for the free buggy transport. On our last day, while going up a hill, the driver lost control of the buggy and it went down in a really fast speed knocking my two friends that were in the back seat to the floor. The buggy crashed a side wall on its way down and thank god it didn’t run over them. The wall was completely destroyed, I cannot imagine what would have happened if it didn’t hit the wall. However, for me that was not the biggest problem. As soon as that happened The driver started complaining that we put him in trouble with his boss because he couldn’t be driving 3 people in the buggy - but that is not our responsibility. We were never told that during any of the days we stayed in the hotel, on the contrary, we always went in 3 on the buggy. A lot of employees came to see how was the buggy and the wall, but none of them asked me and my friends how we were or even said sorry. My two friends that were in the back were severely injured and we had absolutely NO ONE talk to us to ask how they were or apologize. We had to go on our own to treat the injuries in the lobby and left without a word from the manager or the driver. Do not recommend this hotel To no one.

Very disappointing. Our booking was cancelled due to COVID19. We send the resort several mails. 4-5 weeks of a weekly mail and they never responded. We didn't get our money back. And will definitely not come back since they never responded.

we stay 2 nights and their service was ok but place is massive if you rent to room because of close to road and other amenities good luck because they mainly driving with buggy around and when rain they do not use buggy. it means you have to walk almost 15 min up and down super deep angles because how place set up on hills and if you are there in rainy season basically you stuck in your room because there is no way you could walk over road or they want you go use back road but prices if you wanna stay there 5 times cheaper :) and you are already so far from main road. we complain and wait 2 days menager but there is no menager available 2 days ? at the end of it we have to deal with reception and they still fighting against us to not pay our full refund, first night where we stay sink was not working and safe was not working too and conditioning and cleaning was super bad too but issue was not room. it was not a walking distance to do main road everyone saying beautiful location but depence where you stay in this place because it is massive..so we stuck 2 nights and 1 half day in reception at the end of it. they rent taxi because we were there almost 2 hours with our 20 month son:) and we could not get room because you can not walk or they could not use buggy because rain and if you wanna walk you definitely get issue cause road are super deep!!! and not safe to drive that buggy anyway and i saw many review they crashed this buggy anyway and if you do not have your own insurance be carefull you are your own, pls do not use that buggy because they do not mind it was disaster because how they handle situation and they still handling in a wrong way, instead of full refund still trying to give us 10% and using every way, they could avoid us so after waiting more than 3 months, we were giving review and this is super accurate if you going to ubut and if you think this is nice place and just walk to street anytime, you are dreaming and you should stay away from this place better go find small place but they care about customer happiness.. and back street where you stay you could find 5 times cheaper accommodation anyway..we are not recommend this place!!! WARNING!!!

The chair on the balcony is broken!nI called for water boiler which is not preset in the room, and the water boiler which is sent isn’t working! So I called again for a new one!nThere’s also no hair dryer in the room, so I called for it, and the staff is not FRIENDLY!nElectrical power in the room isn’t stable, some light bulbs keep flashing and the exhaust fan in the restroom stops working sometimes!nThe shower curtain in the restroom was dropping down when I was taking a bath!nOne of the tile in the room isn’t flat which is so dangerous for guests!nThe breakfast is very bad also!nMany bugs flew on the vegetable, and many ants in the salad sauce!nThe high price with the low facilities is unreasonable!

Good location. Big clean rooms. 2 nice pools. Wouldn't recommend for people with mobility issues. I would be happy to go back.
