Absolute SCAM My family book this hotel on traveloka it looks great it was cheap then we buy it. BUT IT WAS ABSOLUTE SCAM DONT COME HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO DIE

The staff was lovely the Vegetarian food was tasty. The grounds men was constantly working with weed wacker daily. The style was very old traditional Balinese decor.

I booked this place because of the pics and some reviews, I regretted as soon as I entered the hotel. Very run down building, dirty, and washroom does not work! Toilet makes noises and shower is full of surprises with no water at times. Tell the guy, he tried to fix toilet but instead, broke the toilet and just left it like that! It is very deceiving from what they listed on sites.

Outdated place, inattentive staff hard to communicate with, standard rooms in need of major upgrade, our aircon didn’t work and terrible acoustics so you can hear all guests in the hallway. Lunch and dinner not offered during our stay, no laundry service and the ‘free shuttle’ to Ubud didn’t run because it was still being ‘tested’. At first, staff said I hadn’t paid for my booking when I 100% had, this issue was dropped upon check out. Many times told to wait for the manager that never showed up. For the price - you can find 10x better places in Ubud in a better location with friendly staff. Spare yourself the headache
