Kamandalu Ubud

Amazing experience, as always, staying in this place. Even better experience staying at Kamandalu Ubud suring this pandemic time, as it is very quiet just like Nyepi season. The staff as always, very attentive. During this low season, their even more eager to serve and make us truly king and queen during our stay.

Amazing staff, top notch customer service and overall good experience. Special shout out to Ayu and her entire team who took great care of us. Watch out for some friendly animals ud83dudc12, ud83eudd8e from the nearby forest who may visit frequently.

Very disappointed nothing looks like they post on instagram, 1st: the hotel facilities looks not maintained well, 2nd: my daughter saw a bug on the fruit of our brunch and we called the Staff, he came took bug away from plate and gave us back same plate which was shocking. 3rd: the pool towel they provided was old and dirty. 4th: the reception has bad communication skills whom misled me believing that we can access another pool. Overall the brunch experience was very bad not recommended.

I stayed here last year as a treat to myself and wow is all I can say. It's absolutely stunning and they have all the details set from the moment you pull up. I will definitely be staying here again when I go back to Bali and I highly recommend you stay here. The staff, food, accommodation and views are amazing.

Absolutely amazing place. We spent out honeymoon here and it was perfect. The staff where out of this would and couldn’t do enough for us. The surroundings are idyllic and peaceful and the interior is just as relaxing and beautiful. We would definitely go again and couldn’t recommend kamandalu enough.
