Wapa di Ume Ubud

Amazing !!!nIf I ever come back to Bali, this is where I want to stay!nWe travelled here on our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. We had a very beautiful We stayed in the Wapa villa with pool and it is the most magical room. Overall the hotel had amazing entertainment, the most friendly and professional staff, beautiful views and great service. The spa is incredible and the view everywhere you go is just breathtaking. Wish we had stayed longer than 3 nights!

This place, for us, is one of our favorite! The staff is super nice, friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and the level of service is amazing! The fisrt time we stayed here was in May 2019, and when returning this February we had no doubt where to book! Heaven on Earth !

Instead of beautiful view, we got concert walls.nn-room didn’t meet the expectations of what we booked online. Was a lower quality room at a higher price point.nn-rice fields were in quite poor shape.nnConcluding thoughts:nRooms differ greatly from what are advertised. I’d suggest anyone booking confirm which room they are actually getting. We loved the resort itself but were disappointed with the room we received.

We like our time here very much. The hotel is beautiful, with very nice rooms in the middle of some rice fields. The pool was good and the people working in the hotel were very kind. The main advantage is that the hotel doesn't sit in the business of the city centre, while still providing a free shuttle bus to the center that drives regularly. Also the breakfast is pretty nice. Fresh fruit and juices and a 'à la carte' selection for a main dish, both Indonesian and international. This hotel is definitely recommended by us!

Wish I could give this resort 5 stars as it's beautiful and there are some good things about it. The rooms are tidy, presentable and comfortable. The resort itself is beautiful and the pool area and location is great. I just felt the service and food let the place down. Breakfast was small and varied in quality from day to day, lunch was also the same with it being very average. My husband and I had massages at their spa which we were looking forward to but were let down by the masseuses who were really unwell, one having to excuse herself during a coughing fit and the other whipping her nose a lot, they really should not have been working and spreading their illness to guests, unfortunately days later both my husband and I came down with horrific colds and i can't help but feel it was due to this. Whats disapointing is I have emailed the resort to let them know this and they haven't had the decency to respond. Considering the cost of this place I would expect more. I would not recommend staying here - a lot of options in Ubud.
