Ubud itself is a lovely area for sightseeing, however I felt this hotel fell short on there service and interior decor in the rooms.nnHotels rooms are in need of updating, relvetive clean but far from a 4* if we are comparing to London or Dubai standards. Lack of staff around the pool. No life guard, no bar staff...if you want a drink by the pool you have to look and find someone.nnWhen trying to book local activities and asking the front desk to give you a clear time frame for the activities is mission impossible. They lack very little knowledge and don't ask the right questions when booking on your behalf .

We have had full / half day meetings there. Wonderful staff, always friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are good. The atmosphere is absolute heaven. I have colleagues from abroad who always stay here when in Ubud, so rooms and guest facilities must be great too. They have 2 pools and a nice garden area too. Walking distance to many restaurants, Monkey Forest and center of Ubud - so awesome location.

I stayed at 4 different resorts in Bali and this was my favourite. As well as the staff being so accommodating, the location was perfect. You're right beside the Monkey Forest and the resort has a shuttle service that leads straight to Ubud. The only disappointing thing was their pool. Maybe because it was very quiet during the time I went, but the water didn't look like it had been cleaned.

Very welcoming and friendly, superb surroundings, very clean and comfortable rooms with excellent variety of dishes for breakfast. It is an excellent location for visiting Ubud and surrounding area. Regular shuttle bus service to and from town is a blessing.

Honestly we were sad we hadn't come here first, and this was the shorter part of our trip. This is a wonderful little resort in Ubud that everyone should check out.
