Very nice service, they took my dietary needs very serious (gluten-free). The premises are lovely. My room was quite dark and dingy. Lot's of bugs and geckos in the room (the staw roof had holes near the wall). Food was good (the zucchini soup was the best!). The pools were clean and didn't smell of chlorine. Bathrooms were clean, A/C worked well. Quiet. My room was overpriced given the quality. I would book a different room next time.

The Mansion Resort and Spa, along with the new wellness center on site is a must-visit, an iconic unique experience I will always remember and keep coming back to now that I've been lucky to discover it (after a couple trips to Bali! Can't believe I didn't visit it before). I stayed here for a week so far and am still discovering more amazing amenities and beautiful artistic places to relax, work on my laptop, read, heal, rejuvenate, or take photos/videos. The whole place is a like a work of art with stunning design, craftmanship, gorgeous details and special touches that are inspiring.

Incredible property overall. The staff was always so peaceful to wake up to being gracious & kind. Additionally they were extremely helpful to any questions you had. The rooms are spacious & clean and as soon as you left your room for the day, they were on it cleaning it. The actual property is absolutely breathtaking, they made it hard to leave the property at all with picturesque water features and 5 different pools to lounge at. The restaurants on site were very good to eat at, although I’d recommend going into the town of Ubud to eat every once in a while. The residents are more cost effective and there are so many fantastic options. Recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Ubud.
