We loved this place. First and foremost the staff were awesome! So friendly and helpful. Great rooms, amazing views and pools,, and every meal we had was delicious. They really went above and beyond with their service. I was almost out of cash and the ATM I tried did not work. I was concerned that I did not have enough cash to get off of the island. I expressed this to the staff that I was worried. Five minutes later I’m on the back of one of their scooters and they are driving me to a different ATM. I was so thankful, they went above and beyond to help me out. I would definitely recommend staying here!

View amazing!!!nStaff very friendly and always happy to help.nRooms need some work but clean and tidy. Breakfasts to die for specially the fresh fruit and granola and the crepes.nThe walk to the beach is easy and people are chilled so travelling around the island easy.

Loved it! A beautiful, peaceful place to stay. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Not a long walk from the water's edge however high enough for an amazing view of the water, the boats and Mt Agung. An, especially nice spot to hang in the pool and watch the world go by. Can't wait to go back.

Trish who runs Pandana is fabulous, really helpful, warm and friendly. The hotel is a a little harder to get to than some other places near main centres but it's paradise and we'll worth the trip. We will be back.
