overall saya suka pelayanan di rsud kebayoran baru. diarahinnya jelas, perawat dan staffnya responsif, disini juga parkir ga bayar lho

At the beginning of entering the parking lot, the security guard in charge of guarding the parking lot helped me to park the motorbike properly and directed me when I asked the entrance of the RSS in a friendly manner.n2.When you are in front of the entrance, there are 2 security guards who check the temperature and ask what kind of poly you are looking for then give a queue number to carry out the administrative registration process on the 2nd floor.n3. Arriving at the 2nd floor, I queued orderly. After being called my queue number, the administrative officer asked for bpjs referral data and gave a 2-sheet form to fill in with personal data and guardian data because I registered as a new patient. Then after completing the administrative process, the officer gives a medical card and a sheet to collect the medicine later. And directing to queue in front of the intended poly, the officer gave an explanation well and was friendly.n4. The nurse in front of the poly to collect blood pressure and weight data is friendly, patient and explains well to the patient.n4. Pharmacy officers provide drugs and an explanation of the rules for using drugs in a good and friendly manner.n5. Radiology officer directs and provides explanation well and friendly.nn(-) Minus:n1. The nurse was not on time to record the patient who was going to the doctor's office. It should have started at 8 o'clock according to schedule but still prepared.n2. The doctor also did not arrive on time, scheduled at 8 o'clock, but it was set at 10 o'clock. This caused many patients to wait a long time and pile up in front of the poly to queue. The service is okay but unfortunately the condition of the new building looks like it is poorly maintained, the quality of the building is still far less than private property, I see, starting from the acoustic ceiling, a lot of leaks, the walls have a lot of unclear cable pulls, the floor is a strange ceramic couple, wallpaper many are torn, sad to see it, please make the related parties pay more attention to the maintenance of the building, so that the service will be better.
