I'm giving this place a 5 star for the care they have given to two of my family members: my wife and my new born baby.nMy wife had a C-section and my baby is still under further treatment. Both are using BPJS. All staff,nurses and doctors have been really helpful and nice. No discrimination at all!nYes, I have to keep go back and forth for the BPJS administration and stuff,but that's just the way it is. You have to be patient with all of the procedures. I didn't have to pay a single penny anyway, so I don't mind. They were being professionals and I still got a professional service even though I was using BPJS. They even gave my wife some gifts on our way out.nBravo to all Fatmawati team and thank you for all of your hard work. I know it's not easy to deal with people especially in this pandemic situation but you guys managed to keep it professional! Forget about some ungrateful people who tries to bring you down. Keep up the good work!

Just the same as any other government owned entities. Unprofessional employees... very much incompetent I would say.

Really terrible hospital. Everything from doctors to nurses, building is run down, everything... terrible... my dad was there for 7 days (and another time for a more than a week) in both HCU and ICCU... we had to discharge because they did not help him at all! No useful new information and he didn't get better

A really bad hospital experience. Doctors, nurses, admin staffs are so unprofessional and slow response. Nothing good at all.
