This cake is made with flour, milk, sugar, salt, coconut milk, and vanilla. It's soft textured and has a sweet or salty taste. Besides the basic flavor of milk, it also made of various flavor such as potato, corn, pumpkin, cheese, durian, jackfruit, pandan, chocolate, mung bean, etc. Al Fajar brand started in 1984 by Mr. H. Zaini Ali. Its price range from IDR 17000 - IDR 22000.
