One of state-owned bank in Pontianak and adjacent to the Senghie port. Service is a bit slow when lunch break but is slightly better when compared to similar bank branches. The parking lot is quite spacious and the security guards are quite a lot and friendly.

Once in the CS queue, the counters were a lot but a little. It's been a long time

If the CS section is 5 stars.nIf the cashier asks for forgiveness, the long queue has to stand up again, the pain increases when the room is hot.
